These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by TheDoorPro ("we," "us," or "our") to our customers ("you"). By requesting an estimate or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.
Service Agreement
TheDoorPro is a dedicated door specialist providing full-service door installation. Every project — regardless of size — begins with a clear, written scope of work that both parties agree to before any work begins. As a full-service provider, TheDoorPro sources and supplies the door(s) and materials for the projects we install, so that responsibility for the finished result sits with one party from start to finish.
Estimates
Initial estimates provided online or by phone are free and are approximate, based on the information you provide. For a firm, guaranteed price, we conduct an on-site consultation. The on-site consultation is $99, which is credited toward your project if you choose to proceed. This lets us measure accurately and quote the job in person so there are no surprises.
Deposits
For projects involving supplied materials or reserved scheduling, a deposit may be required before work is ordered or booked. The deposit amount and terms will be set out in your written scope of work.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance is due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with your scope of work or invoice.
Warranty
TheDoorPro provides a three-year warranty covering both our workmanship and the materials we supply and install, measured from the date of installation. Because we source and supply the materials for the work we install, this single warranty covers the complete installed result.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, alteration by others, normal wear, or issues arising from materials or conditions outside the work TheDoorPro supplied and installed. Warranty service applies to the original customer at the installation address.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment or project, please give us as much notice as possible. Where materials have already been ordered or custom items sourced on your behalf, related costs and any non-refundable deposit may apply, as set out in your scope of work.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
